Terms of Use

TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT DEFINITIONS:
   1.    The `Hire Company’ is ILoveBalloons.com LLC.
   2.    The `Client’ refers to an individual, firm or corporation hiring equipment or appoints services from the `Hire Company’.
   3.    The `Equipment’ refers to all items supplied by the hire company to the client.
   4.    The `Event Date’ is the specified date of event provided by the client to the hire company.
   5.    `Hire Period’ means the period during which the agreed hire will begin and end.

BOOKING, RETAINER, PAYMENTS and RENTAL FEES:
A 50% non-refundable retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date for your event / Party.  However, the fee can be credited towards a future event/Party within 30 days of original date and upon the management approval, the hire company will do the best to accommodate new dates.  The remaining 50% balance is due in (7) days before the date of the event / Party. 

 

If the event is booked within 7 days prior to the date of event / Party or booking is less than $350 total invoice, then 100% payment is needed in order book and hold the date for your event / Party. 


* By paying the required retainer, you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of this contract.


Client has no more than a week prior to add or remove any rental items to invoice.
 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING:
Bookings cancelled will be charged 50% of the total invoice amount.
Reschedule: Client has 30 days to reschedule event upon iLoveBalloons availability without extra charge.


DIRTY, DAMAGED OR LOST EQUIPMENT: 
The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment until such time as it is returned to or collected by the Hire Company in the original condition it was delivered or picked up in. 
The client agrees to pay for any damages or loss of goods as an insurer at will be priced at its current market value plus shipping and handling, regardless of cause while the goods are out of the possession of the Hire Company.  


WARNING: ALLERGY & BALLOON DISPLAY: Balloon displays will be suitable for the purpose of your event but no guarantee can be offered about longevity of displays beyond the event. We will not be responsible for any damage to property as a result of using our products. 
 

WARNING: OUTDOOR BALLOON DISPLAY SETUP & UNFAVORABLE WEATHER CONDITIONS
iLoveBalloons LLC does NOT  Guarantee the stability, longevity or structure of the balloon design due to inclement weather which can have a negative affect to the Balloons, equiptment and/or Decor Rented or Purchased on the day of the event.

Inclement weather conditions can include just 1(one) or any combination of all the following and this is not a complete list:

  1. Any amounts of rain or flooding

  2. cold temperatures 65 degrees or below

  3. wind speeds over 5mph

  4. Anyone who damages the custom display by fault or accident including moving the display

  5. or manipulation of the display

Iloveballoons will not be responsible for any and all unforeseen issues that could affect the balloon arrangements, equipment and/or decor during or after the setup. Balloons can/or be unstable which can cause the design structure to fail. The issues numbered above can cause any of the following issues: 

  1. balloons popping

  2. structure leaning

  3. tie downs breaking

  4. balloons breaking off or flying away

  5. display cases breaking

  6. support rods breaking

Please check the weather the day before your event and if the weather is forecasted to be unfavorable, please contact me ASAP, so we can discuss relocating from outside to indoors or 

change the event to another date. It will still be your option to still setup outdoors and I will do my best to support the structure, but I cannot guarantee the display.
 

WARNING: CLEAN UP & DISPOSAL OF BALLOONS 
It’s the clients responsibility to clean, collect and dispose the latex balloons after the event. 

 

CHOKING HAZARD –Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on un-inflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep un-inflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once. 
 

ALLERGY: *BE AWARE TO LET US KNOW OF ANY LATEX ALLEGY *if any allergy occurs from contact with our products, latex balloons, iLoveBalloons will not be held responsible. 
 

HIRE & DELIVERY CONDITIONS: ILoveBalloons.com LLC works on a 2-hour window time frame for both Deliver & Pick up. 2 hours setup time before event time as well.  Make sure to let us know your specific time of start and end of your event. 
A minimum hire charge of $350 excluding delivery fee and lost & damaged items charge is required for all bookings which need delivery & installation.  The hire period is 24 hours per hire. Pickup and delivery time hours are from 9AM – 5pm.
